Webinnov Systems ICT Shop committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Below are our returns and refunds policy.

1. Incorrectly Purchased or Delivered Items:

Incorrectly Delivered Items (within 10 Days): Incorrectly delivered items can be returned within 10 days of purchase at no cost to you. For the fastest service, check the goods upon delivery and reject any incorrect items, and we will resend the correct goods.

Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items (within 10 Days): Items that are incorrectly ordered, unwanted, or not as expected may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided they are sealed and unused. A courier fee and a 15% handling fee will apply.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or downloaded software
• Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
• Perishable items like batteries
• Custom-configured or built-to-order products

3. Warranty Returns:

For items under a manufacturer’s warranty, refer to the warranty information provided or visit the manufacturer’s website.

4. Exchanges:

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us at shop@webinnov.co.zw for instructions.

5. Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email shopt@webinnov.co.zw or call +263 778 460 571 to initiate a return
• Follow Instructions: An agent will guide you based on the nature of your return.
• Packaging: For faulty or malfunctioning items, ensure they are in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Courier Costs: For returns after 20 days or for incorrectly ordered items, courier charges will be based on item size and location

6. Refunds:

Items will be inspected by the manufacturer or its agent. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment

7. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items:

• Returns within 20 Days: If a fault occurs within 20 days of purchase, We will provide support in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. All return costs will be borne by Webinnov Shop.
• Returns after 20 Days: For faults occurring beyond 20 days of purchase, support will be provided according to the manufacturer's policy, with return costs borne by the consumer.
